I have an almost 19 year old who I believe has depression but her mom doesn’t believe she does she thinks she is just lazy. My granddaughter is super shy and an introvert. Do you think this a good book for her.

Sorry for literally replying to this over a year late… Lots of things have obviously happened. I hope your granddaughter is doing well. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I wrote the book with people my own age in mind especially, so I think it’s worth a shot. And even if she thinks all the advice is dumb… it has pictures?
